Nastacia’ Moore (she, her, hers) is a dynamic and decisive leader experienced in achieving results by formulating and implementing innovative solutions to meet a diversity of needs. Ms. Moore has more than ten years of experience working in human services, housing, and homelessness systems. Her work has focused on developing systems-level responses to historical racial inequality across the country. Currently, she serves as a learning coach for TAC’s Systems Alignment Innovation Hub, funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to help practice-based organizations in low-income and BIPOC communities to expand and utilize the evidence base for solutions that improve health outcomes and reduce racial and social disparities. She recently led technical assistance work for the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), centered on advancing racial equity at the intersection of COVID-19, housing, and homelessness. Ms. Moore has leveraged her expertise by working with regions across the country to strengthen the capacity of Continuums of Care to disrupt systemic and institutional policies that perpetuate disparate outcomes for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) experiencing homelessness. She is nationally recognized for her contributions in facilitating conversations that promote race equity and social justice.
