Tia Maurissette has over 10 years of experience providing human resources services both in for-profit companies and for nonprofit human services providers. She has specific expertise in benefits management, payroll, policies and procedures, conflict mediation, and event planning.  Ms. Maurissette has been an instrumental part of TAC’s internal equity and social justice work, and in outreach and engagement to potential staff with lived experience.
