Ellen Fitzpatrick (she, her, hers) has over 11 years of experience working with homeless and low-income populations. She has expertise in both the Continuum of Care and Emergency Solutions Grant programs, regularly staffing both programs’ national help desks and directly supporting communities with grants management and program implementation. She also has expertise in the facilitation of coordinated entry design, implementation, and evaluation; including systems change and continuous quality improvement processes. Ms. Fitzpatrick manages TAC’s efforts through HUD’s Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program, which includes direct TA provision to support the planning and implementation of efforts to prevent and end youth homelessness in communities. All of Ms. Fitzpatrick’s work is led with a racial equity and social justice lens; supporting communities to identify and examine policies and practices that perpetuate disparities for marginalized populations.
Prior to joining TAC, Ms. Fitzpatrick developed homelessness response system experience in the field while managing a Rapid Rehousing program that served individuals and families in the Greater Boston area.
