Funded by MassHealth, the In-home Therapy (IHT) program is a therapeutic delivery service aimed at addressing the behavioral health challenges of youth in the family home.
IHT Practice Profile
TAC collaborated with MassHealth and the Children’s Behavioral Health Knowledge Center at the Department of Mental Health to develop and circulate an In-Home Therapy Practice Profile, which emphasizes collaborative intervention planning, care coordination and collaboration, and transition planning for youth with complex behavioral health needs.
IHT Fellowship 2021–2022
To develop skills in a safe and supportive setting, TAC coordinates a seminar for advanced masters students in IHT placements. Fellowship participants meet six times each academic year, learn from field experts through readings and discussions, and complete an online training module. The program is administered in two state cohorts (typically, MetroBoston and Central Mass, but dependent on applicant pool).
