TAC is a member of the Core Leadership Team for Vets@Home, a HUD-funded, multi-year technical assistance initiative focused on ending homelessness among Veterans throughout the country. Through Vets@Home, TAC staff have supported over 40 Continuums of Care (CoCs), and their SSVF and VA partners. TAC’s Vets@Home technical assistance is focused on developing a systematic response to ending homelessness among Veterans — as defined by VA, HUD, and USICH — in local communities.

TAC’s Vets@Home TA has resulted in several communities’ recognition as meeting the Federal Criteria and Benchmarks. TAC also supported the creation of four distinct, nationally disseminated Vets@Home toolkits focused on strategies for ending homelessness among Veterans, and was primary author of the one that focused on the cultivation of housing partnerships and landlord recruitment strategies.
