Working with the North Carolina Coalition to End Homelessness and the state’s Department of Health and Human Services, TAC helped develop program guidelines, set up monitoring mechanisms, and roll out implementation training of Back@Home — a state- and privately-funded program to address the needs of disaster survivors who are at risk of becoming homeless and who lack access to other disaster resources, with no clear path out of disaster shelters.
